Our team boasts an Attorney at Law admitted in the United States who is well versed in overseas negotiations, and an Attorney at Law who is qualified in Chinese law.
Chinese Market
Kyowa Patent and Law Office has a dedicated "Chinese Market” section to handle intellectual property issues in China. Our China-qualified Attorney at Law and Chinese staff, with their deep understanding not only of the Chinese language and Chinese legal practice, but also of China, its society and culture, provide in-depth services in relation to proceedings with the China National Intellectual Property Administration and other Chinese administrative agencies, and handle with Chinese local agents our clients’ issues in China.
