Kyowa obtains and uses personal information solely within the scope of the following purposes, except in cases where it has obtained prior consent from clients or as otherwise required by law:
- Responses to inquiries
- Recruitment activities
- Other purposes incidental to the above
Providing Personal Information to Third Parties
Kyowa will not disclose personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such information, except in the following cases:
- If the owner of the information has already consented
- When outsourcing operations to an affiliated company of Kyowa
Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Review of this Policy
Kyowa will strive to comply with applicable Japanese laws, regulations, and other rules with respect to the personal information it holds, and to periodically review and improve the content of this Policy.
