Mr. Teruhisa Motomiya (former Trademark Chairman of JAPAN Patent Attorneys Association) was interviewed in an NHK Mito (Ibaraki-ken) Broadcasting Station program where he presented his expert view on an ongoing trial opposing registration of a trademark which resembles the crest of Mito-Tokugawa family (November 4, 2016, NHK Ibaraki News IBA 6).
